Featured Series

This is a blog dedicated to fighting games of all shapes and sizes.  From beat-em ups like Dynasty Warriors, to free-for-all brawlers like Super Smash Brothers, to modern fighters like Injustice: Gods Among Us, to more old-school fighters like Street Fighter.  We will be featuring highly technical material like Musou Missives, short impressions of upcoming or recently released titles through Quick Impressions, speculation on Super Smash Brothers for WiiU and 3DS, and many more to come.  Please check back often, as there will be at least one new article every two weeks.

Features include:

Quick Impressions

These are short reviews or impressions articles written with whatever experience I have had with the game so far.  I will try to recommend or not recommend based on my experience.  These are sporadic and dictated mostly by what I have the time and opportunity to play.

Big in Japan

A series that discusses successful franchises from the East that did not garner much attention in the West.

Super Smash Step-Brothers

A series where I speculate possible inclusion or rejection of characters into the next Super Smash Brothers game.

Musou Missives

Musou Missives is a series where I give tips and analysis for characters in Warriors Orochi 3.

Rumor Mill

A series of articles that deal with speculation and rumors within the gaming industry.  This was a common topic on the site before being referenced as a seaparate series, so some articles under Other Topics are also this way.
